{Free Printable} What’s my login? Password Tracker

2 October 2014 Filed Under: DIY Web Design, For the Designers 5 Comments

If you had to ask me what one of my biggest freelance frustrations is it would probably be the gazillion passwords I have to keep track of! It ranges from my own passwords, to FTP, WordPress, Hosting and Email details for ALL of my clients and let me tell you it’s tough remembering them all!

My password organisation started off with a Google docs spreadsheet which drove me totally insane because I had to constantly be online and sometimes Google docs can be a tad slow. I then decided to create a ‘quick to find‘ excel spreadsheet on my desktop but that just completely bored me.

I’d come to a dead end, neither were working or inspiring me. What to do? Create a pretty ‘What’s My Login’ printable of course!

What’s My Login is a free downloadable printable I’ve designed and created to help us both(that’s you & me) keep track of all the usernames & passwords necessary to keep our websites in tip top shape.

Enjoy!

Tell me about it! How do you organise your passwords at the moment?

I have them in my Evernote. I have a notebook for each client in it and I just store their passwords and other info there

We met about a year ago and she has blossomed into a young entrepreneur. She is efficient, hard-working, creative, professional, honest‎ and dedicated.
Colleen (Midlands House of Healing)
I am so thrilled with our new site! Nicola just ‘got it’, she knew exactly what I wanted and worked tirelessly to complete the site. She was approachable, organised and kept me up to date with the site as it progressed. The cherry on the top was being provided with tutorials, lessons and links which have left me confident with updating and changing the site daily. Thank you Nicola.
Hannah Keppler (The Ruby Orchard)
Nicola helped me turn the image of my blog in my head into a reality. She has gone above and beyond every step of the way; always willing to offer up help and advice and teaching me how to do things better myself. I was a little worried about working with someone in another city; but the whole process was simple and streamlined and the distance was totally irrelevant. I loved working with Nicola and look forward to working with her again in the future.
Mandy Lee Miller (Pregnant in Cape Town)
